Our customers are "OUR" customers. Plain and simple. We do not share our customer info with anyone, ever. Your information is gathered here for billing and shipping purposes only. Any contact we make with you will be regarding your order or to notify you of special members-only offers. If you have a questions or concerns, please contact us via the "Support/Contact" link at the bottom left of any page of this website. Then click on the email link under "General Contact." This will open an email window directly to our website staff. You may also copy and paste the email link into your desktop mail instead. Please do not call the retail store. Contacting us through the webmail provides you faster, accurate customer service.
Terms
Shipping and Handling
All items will be shipped by the most economical methods available. Shipping times may vary. Please allow 4-6 weeks for larger items, 7-14 days for smaller packages, depending on availability and your shipping area. Overnight or Express shipping is available at an additional charge based on weight and location of delivery. Email us for a quote. All packages valued at over $50.00 will be shipped with insurance. We provide Delivery Confirmation/Tracking on all packages shipped by the US Postal Service. Our shipping rates for small parcels (under 10 pounds) are as follows:

Small parcel orders that total over $250.00 will be charged actual shipping rate using the most economical means available, unless otherwise requested. Larger packages (over 10 pounds) are shipped by actual weight, dimension and delivery location. Email us for a quote. Customers will receive an email notifying them of their shipping status.
Allow 4-6 weeks for shipping for backordered items. Items that are no longer available or out-of-stock will be refunded immediately upon the buyer's request.
Payment Methods
We accept both Visa, Master Card and Discover through our on-line, secure shopping cart. No one other than our employees can see or has access to your personal information and never to your credit card information. All transactions are processed through a secure third-party credit-card processing center. We DO NOT accept telephone orders nor credit card information via the telephone. This is for your protection and ours. PLEASE NOTE: We do not share our customer lists or other data with credit card companies or other third parties. Shop with confidence and receive the privacy you deserve. Minimum purchase of $10.00 is required for all on-line purchases. You may also pay by personal check, money order or bank check during check-out, however, merchandise will not be shipped until payment has cleared by personal check and money order or bank check payments have been verified. Personal checks require a 10-business day hold on shipping. Sorry, no CODs.
State Sales Tax
Florida residents are required to pay sales tax of 7.5%. This will be added at the time of purchase on-line and will be included in your credit card charges.
Merchandise Returns
Order cancellation is required in writing within 72 hours of purchase or a 15% restocking fee (minimum of $10) will be applied against the refund amount.
Merchandise may be returned to the store for a full refund if returned in the original box, packaged securely, and in the original condition for which it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery/acceptance date. Exchanges and store credits are available but buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs if for any other reason than damaged on receipt. Some of our larger items are drop shipped so that means the store cannot inspect all merchandise prior to shipment. If damage occurs but was NOT the result of mishandling during shipping, please contact the store for instructions on how to return your purchase for exchange. Notification of all damages must be reported within 10 days of delivery acceptance, no exceptions.
